However, the real value comes when participants learn to keep using it beyond the classroom!<\/p>\n<p>To ensure the DiSC principles achieve their full potential, it\u2019s the facilitator&#8217;s job to ensure that this journey of learning is continued and applied on an ongoing basis, to integrate it as part of an organization\u2019s culture.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"642\">Why DiSC Fades<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"745\">Many organizations adopt DiSC, deliver a workshop or two, then move on.
