You now have a tool that helps people understand how they work and how to work better with others, and you&#8217;ve joined a global network of certified practitioners. This short roadmap will help you get from certificate to your first successful sessions.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Get access to the DiSC Knowledge Hub<\/h2>\n<p>Everything you need to get going is in the <a href=\"https:\/\/discprofiles.eu\/register\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DiSC Knowledge Hub<\/a>, our free resource library for certified practitioners: facilitator tools, slides, posters, videos, podcasts, eBooks, research and success stories. Create your account on discprofiles.eu. Once we&#8217;ve approved it, all the restricted materials are visible when you log in, and we&#8217;ll let you know whenever new resources are added.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Practise before your first real session<\/h2>\n<p>Run a practice debrief with a friend or a friendly colleague. Walk them through their profile, answer their questions and notice which parts you explain easily and which you don&#8217;t. One or two practice rounds make your first real session much calmer.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Choose the right profile for the goal<\/h2>\n<p>Everything DiSC is a family of profiles. Workplace is the foundation and the best starting point for most groups. Management, Agile EQ, Productive Conflict, Work of Leaders and Sales apply DiSC to more specific situations. See <a href=\"https:\/\/ipbpartners.eu\/en\/everythingdisc\/\">the full overview<\/a>, or ask us which one fits your situation.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Let people know you&#8217;re certified<\/h2>\n<p>Add the certification to your LinkedIn profile, your website and your email signature. Inside an organisation, a short note to HR and the management team is often enough to get the first request.<\/p>\n<h2>5.
