sometimes make.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I\u2019m the manager<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2014people need to adapt to me<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 Praise should be used weakness<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> or vulnerability<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 People are getting paid\u2014<\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">they don\u2019t need morale building<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I\u2019m the best suited<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> to make most decisions<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 It&#8217;s fine to use a little <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">intimidation<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> to get things done<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 People who need emotional support are <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">expecting coddling<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 I should be the one in <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">control<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 If we get <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">results<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">, that\u2019s what matters<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 Everyone should be as am<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 I\u2019m the manager\u2014<\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">it\u2019s ok if I lose my temper<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start
