text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 It\u2019s rude to be <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">too assertive<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 If there is uncertainty, <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">inaction is the best course<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 If people are sorry, there <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">doesn\u2019t need to be any other consequences<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 Direct, critical feedback should only be a <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">last resort<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 It\u2019s better to <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">give people what they want <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">than keep fighting<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u2022 <\/span><strong><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none
