Turn part of it into a game<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Guess the style: ask the group to guess the DiSC styles of well-known film or book characters.<\/li>\n<li>Use one of our <a href=\"https:\/\/ipbpartners.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/DiSC-Dialogue-card-game.zip\">three DiSC card games<\/a> to practise the concepts in small groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Make it interactive<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Use quick polls or quizzes with tools like Mentimeter, Kahoot or Poll Everywhere.<\/li>\n<li>Let small groups discuss their styles using real situations from their own work.<\/li>\n<li>Try short role plays of how styles behave in a meeting or a disagreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Use real stories<\/h2>\n<p>Share examples of styles clashing, or working well together, and invite participants to share their own. Stories show DiSC in action better than any model.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Get people moving<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Run DiSC corners: each corner of the room is one style, and people discuss their strengths, frustrations and tips with others who share their style.<\/li>\n<li>Try the <a href=\"https:\/\/ipbpartners.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Activity_Build-the-room_Introducing-the-4-DiSC-styles.docx\">Build the room<\/a> activity to introduce the styles before profiles are handed out.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the groups between activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Make it personal<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ask each participant to write down one concrete action, using the action page in their profile.<\/li>\n<li>Pair people with different styles to share how they could work better together.
