- Create a ProfileXT Performance Model for the position. Before you start assessing the candidates we work with you to develop a performance model, for the position being filled.
- Administering the ProfileXT to the candidate by simply sending them a link where they can complete the ProfileXT online.
- Easy-to-read ProfileXT reports compare the candidate to the Performance Model and suggests interview questions to probe each candidate’s risk areas.
