  1. Create a ProfileXT Performance Model for the job role. Before you start assessing the candidates, we work with you to develop a performance model, for the position being filled.
  2. Administering the ProfileXT to the candidate works by simply sending them a link where they can complete the ProfileXT online.
  3. After completion, the ProfileXT reports shows the candidate’s fit to the job role and suggests interview questions to probe each of the candidate’s risk areas.
