Assessment results equip organizations and hiring managers with easy to understand information about the candidate, and provides intuitive questions to strengthen the interview process.
The ProfileXT® is internet based and uses an easy-to-administer three step process that makes it work exactly for your needs:
- Create a ProfileXT Performance Model for the job role. Before you start assessing the candidates, we work with you to develop a performance model, for the position being filled.
- Administering the ProfileXT to the candidate works by simply sending them a link where they can complete the ProfileXT online.
- After completion, the ProfileXT reports shows the candidate’s fit to the job role and suggests interview questions to probe each of the candidate’s risk areas.
