A kit gives you ready-made materials for one profile and is yours to use whenever you need it. The Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience suits trainers who run sessions regularly on Catalyst™ and want materials for several programmes, live group insights and ongoing training in one place.
Can I change the materials?
Yes. Choose the modules, activities and videos you need, and add your own material. The kit is built to be adapted.
Do I need to be certified?
The kits are made for facilitators. If you have not run DiSC sessions before, we recommend certification first, so you can read profiles and handle questions with confidence.
In which format is the kit?
