I’m certified in DiSC®. Now what?

Congratulations on completing your DiSC® certification training and becoming a certified DiSC user!

You are now part of one of the biggest certified HR networks in the world as there are tens of thousands of certified DiSC users across the world who are all connected by a belief and wish to make the world a better place by helping to improve communication and understanding between people.

You can find here some ideas and recommendations about the next steps to begin your journey with DiSC.

1. Apply what you learned

Test out your knowledge by giving feedback and analyzing the DiSC profile of your family member, friend, or colleague. This will give you some experience and confidence before starting to use DiSC professionally.

2. Familiarize Yourself with Certification Materials

After the certification, you received an onboarding email with access to your DiSC Certification Package which includes a wealth of resources. Take the time to explore these materials thoroughly. They are designed to support you in using DiSC and delivering impactful DiSC sessions and workshops.

3. Promote DiSC Within Your Organization or to Your Clients

Share the benefits of DiSC with your team and leadership. Highlight how it can improve team dynamics, conflict resolution, and overall workplace culture. Consider organizing introductory sessions, free demos or lunch-and-learn events to generate interest and buy-in.

Prepare materials to introduce DiSC to your clients/colleagues. Customize presentation slides and brochures for your use. Add DiSC credentials to your LinkedIn page and to your website (if applicable).

4. Continue Your DiSC Learning

Follow our DiSC learning email series that reinforces DiSC concepts and encourages continuous application.

Listen to the DiSC podcast series with Wiley’s Director of Research Dr. Mark Scullard who has overseen a majority of the creation of the DiSC profiles.

5. Leverage Support from IPB Partners
