DiSC workshops for your team
Help a team understand how each person works, and how to work well together. Tell us what’s happening in the team, and we’ll recommend a format and the certified DiSC trainer who fits your goal, language and location.
- Online or at your offices
- From a half-day to a series of sessions
- Led by certified DiSC trainers

Describe your team
A few lines are enough: the team, what you’d like to change and roughly when. We’ll come back with a suggested format and the right trainer.
When teams ask us for a workshop
Most requests start with a situation, not a product. These are the ones we hear most often.
Communication keeps breaking down
Meetings go in circles, messages are misread and people talk about each other rather than to each other.
A new team or a new manager
People need to understand each other quickly, before habits and assumptions set in.
Friction or avoided conflict
Disagreements turn personal, or difficult topics are never raised at all.
A team that has grown or gone remote
Fewer informal moments mean more misunderstandings. A shared language helps.
How a workshop is set up
Format
A live session online, or in person at your offices. One workshop, or a short series for teams that want to go deeper.
Duration
Usually a half-day (3 to 4 hours) or a full day. Larger programmes run as several shorter sessions over a few weeks.
Group size
Works best with 6 to 16 people. Larger groups are split, or run with two facilitators.
Facilitator
A certified DiSC trainer from our network, matched to your topic, language and location.
Preparation
A short call to agree the goals. About a week before the workshop, each participant takes the online assessment, which takes 15 to 20 minutes.
What people receive
A personal Everything DiSC® report of about 20 pages and access to the Catalyst™ platform. The team gets a map of its styles, and the manager a summary for follow-up.
Follow-up
An optional follow-up session after four to eight weeks, and tools that help the team keep using DiSC in everyday work.

About DiSC workshops
How much does a workshop cost?
It depends on the format, group size, language, whether it runs online or on site, and on the trainer. Once we have connected you with a trainer, you agree the format and price together.
Who runs the workshop?
A certified DiSC trainer from our network. We choose the trainer for your topic, language and location, and introduce you so you can plan the workshop together.
Can our own HR team run DiSC workshops instead?
Yes. Many organisations certify one or two people internally. See DiSC® certification, or start with one workshop and decide later.
In which languages can the workshop run?
In English and several other European languages, depending on the trainer. Everything DiSC® Workplace reports are available in 20+ languages, so each participant can read their report in their own language.
Is a workshop useful for an international or remote team?
Yes. Online workshops work well, and the Catalyst™ platform lets colleagues compare styles wherever they are.
