Good to know before you start
How do I order profiles, and how fast can we start?
Tell us which profile and how many people, and we’ll send a quote. New clients get 10% off their first order. We usually set up the assessment links the same working day you order. Each person needs 15 to 20 minutes, and their report is ready as soon as they finish. You can pay by invoice or card.
Which profile should I choose?
Workplace suits everyone and is the usual starting point. Management is for people who lead others, Sales for sales teams, Productive Conflict for teams with friction, and Agile EQ for emotional intelligence. Tell us about your group and we’ll suggest the right one.
What does DiSC® certification cost, and are there other fees?
€990 per person for the Standard package, or €2,490 for Premium, which adds your own EPIC admin account, 300 credits (enough for 20 DiSC profiles) and premium access to the DiSC Knowledge Hub. Organisations sending 3 or more people get a group discount. There are no annual, licence or re-certification fees.
How does the certification work, and when does the next group start?
It runs online in English: two live 4-hour sessions in small groups of 4 to 8, with about 2 hours of pre-work and a 1-hour personal follow-up. New groups start about every two months. Register your interest and we’ll suggest the next dates, or ask us about a private group for your company.
Do I need to be certified to use DiSC profiles?
No. Anyone can order Everything DiSC® profiles. Certification helps if you want to run DiSC workshops yourself, get partner pricing and, with an optional EPIC admin account, send assessments yourself.
Can I use DiSC with my own clients after certification?
Yes. The certification lets you use DiSC on your own with your teams or clients, and it never expires.
How is our people’s data protected?
Assessments run on Wiley’s platform. Wiley takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and we sign a Data Processing Agreement with every client organisation. You decide who sees the reports.
In which languages are the reports available?
Everything DiSC® Workplace reports are available in 20+ languages, so international teams can each read their report in their own language. If you need another profile in a specific language, ask us.
