Tesonet is one of the largest technology companies in its region and an accelerator for next-generation IT products, with a strong focus on cybersecurity. It has over 3,600 employees and clients in more than 80 countries.

The challenge

Fast growth and global reach brought a familiar problem: how do you keep collaboration smooth, leadership effective and the culture strong across many different teams? Tesonet’s leadership saw that technical expertise was only half of it. The other half was people’s ability to understand each other, work together and grow as leaders.

They wanted a simple method that gives everyone a shared language for differences, reduces friction and makes collaboration easier. They chose Everything DiSC® with IPB Partners, an authorised Everything DiSC® partner.

What they did

Tesonet’s Learning & Development partner completed our DiSC® certification, so the company could run DiSC sessions internally. DiSC is now part of their L&D work in three areas:

1. Team bonding and collaboration

Teams use DiSC to see each other’s strengths and challenge areas. It helps them reduce miscommunication, build trust and find practical ways through interpersonal conflict.

2. Leadership development

Current managers and future leaders use DiSC to understand their leadership style and blind spots. These insights feed into personal development plans for every people manager.

3. Soft skills training

DiSC is built into training on communication, conflict and giving feedback. When people understand how each style hears a message, they adjust how they deliver it, and conversations become more effective and more respectful.

To keep DiSC part of daily work, Tesonet uses Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™, where each person keeps their profile and can compare styles with any colleague.
